- Promoter The promoter is Black Sheep Coffee Northlight ("the Promoter").
- Competition Period The competition opens on Wednesday 17th June and closes at midnight on Wednesday 17th June. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
Eligibility
- The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
- Employees of Black Sheep Coffee, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion may not enter.
- No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to Enter To enter:
- Visit Black Sheep Coffee Northlight.
- Take a photo featuring your visit, drink, food, or experience.
- Post the photo on Instagram or Facebook during the competition period.
- Tag @northlightestates in your post.
Entries must be posted from a public account so they can be viewed by the Promoter.
5. Prize One winner will receive:
- Black Sheep Coffee T-shirt
- £100 Black Sheep Coffee Gift Card
- Black Sheep Coffee Bag
- Bag of Coffee Beans
- Nespresso-Compatible Coffee Pods
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. Winner Selection The winner will be selected by Black Sheep Coffee Northlight from all eligible entries received during the competition period. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Winner Notification The winner will be contacted via the social media platform used to enter within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. Use of Submitted Photos By entering, participants confirm that:
- They own the rights to the photo submitted.
- The photo does not infringe any third-party rights.
- Any identifiable individuals featured in the photo have consented to its use.
By entering, participants grant Black Sheep Coffee a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost, share, publish, and use the submitted photo for marketing and promotional purposes across its social media channels and other marketing materials.
9. Inappropriate Content Entries must not contain:
- Offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful content.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights.
- Content that promotes dangerous or irresponsible behaviour.
The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that breaches these requirements.
