There are four types of apartment layout available to choose from.
The Pendle, Sabden, Tunstill, Ribble, and the Cuckstool all use the space slightly differently, so you can select the layout that suits you and your lifestyle the best.

Step 2 Reserve your dream home with a small £2,000 reservation fee.
Step 3 Exchange of contracts with 10% payable.
Step 4 Remaining balance paid upon completion.
Step 5 Move into your new home
